A platform that helps making dinner easier.
RSE is the CRM platform for Conagra Brands. This program was established based on a basic business need: increase the sales of Conagra Brands’ portfolio products year after year. And our solution was based on consumer‘ needs, understanding their mind set and unlocking the possibilities for them.
Our research showed that 90% of the people fail making dinner for their families because they are either very busy or they find the process too overwhelming. When you think of it, it is very crazy that overwhelming majority of our population tend to use frozen food, fast food, carry out and eat out. So, we created a platform that helps making dinner is easier.
How does the platform work?
After a user creates profile and enters their behavioral habits, dietary preferences, likes and dislikes, we use AI and custom algorithms to dynamically serve up recipes that fits the user’s lifestyle. The platform is easy to use, recipes are simple to make and everything is a click away.
Besides recipes, this platform also offers personalized “You May Also Like” and “Complete the Meal” recommendations, as well as “Product Bundles” using the same algorithms.
To keep the platform fresh, we use structured data, search behaviors and food trends to create new recipes, “how-to” videos, and culinary articles.
We also integrated this platform with Amazon Fresh and large supermarket chains like Kroger and Walmart. So not only finding the recipe is easy but also shopping for it is only a click away.
CREATING A PROFILE
Roughly 85 million people visit recipe sites throughout the year. We aimed to make our visitors feel like one in 85 million instead of 1 of 85 million? How did we do it? We simply asked. And we gamified the the process, turning it into a fun, clickable quiz.
